Job Description
Atlantic Health is seeking a Diabetes Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their growing practice in Morristown, New Jersey. This role offers a great work/life balance, growth opportunities, and the chance to participate in the APP Council. The position is ideal for a skilled NP working with a robust team in a new and evolving Diabetes program.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an acute care and/or physician practice setting with diabetes patients
- One year to acquire the Diabetes Care and Education Specialist certification
- Ability to perform specialty-level diabetes care in the outpatient and inpatient clinical setting
