Nurse Practitioner, Endocrine Services (Diabetes Care), Pompton Plains

Atlantic Health is seeking a Diabetes Nurse Practitioner to support Endocrine Services. This role will focus on providing specialized diabetes care to adult patients at both outpatient and inpatient locations. The NP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to the growth of the program through active participation in quality improvement initiatives.
