Job Description
Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Social Worker (MSW) for Case Management at Newton Medical Center to work 8AM-4:30PM including one weekend every four weeks. The ideal candidate will provide discharge planning, supportive and therapeutic counseling, and other essential functions.
Requirements
- MSW degree
- Experience in case management
- Ability to work in a hospital setting
