Job Description
The Director of Project Management (Non-Technology) is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional, non-technology initiatives across AVPSEES. The role requires strong executive presence and the ability to engage with senior leadership and support materials and interactions for Board-level visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field required
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in project or program management, preferably within private equity healthcare and/or complex, matrixed organizations
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
