Job Description
Excelitas is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead the operations project management function, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- 10–15+ years of experience in project or program management
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and integration programs
- Proven track record delivering complex transformation and integration projects
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, photonics or high-tech environments preferred
