Zendesk Consultant supports customers in using Zendesk to improve customer service, accompanying projects from conception to implementation.
Requirements
- Accompany customers through all phases of a project
- Translate customer requirements into solution concepts and implement them
- Implement innovative topics such as AI agents
- Manage project planning and implementation
- Develop demanding CX strategies
- Familiar with agile methods and complex requirements
- Responsible for tasks beyond own field
- Familiar with Zendesk or other CX tools and administration
- Understanding of IT relationships and processes
- Fluent German speaker
