HR Generalist

The HR Generalist role will work daily with business managers to manage Human Resources initiatives, coach and counsel leaders, and develop short and long-term talent strategies. The role will also implement and manage all Human Resources programs and initiatives at the logistics site, assist in the development and implementation of personnel procedures and policies, and serve as a site resource for benefit administration, employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent combination of education, experience and training
• Minimum of 2-5 years of Human Resources experience required
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of local, state and federal law and regulations
• Knowledge of federal DOT laws and DQ files
• Ability to deliver best in class customer service
