The Sr. Reliability Engineer is responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks, tracking plant downtime, and driving root cause corrective action for equipment failures. The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Materials or related
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- Recent experience in Manufacturing, Chemical Processing, Bulk Material Handling or Mining Environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong statistical background, experience with SPC and Six Sigma
- Proven track record of process improvement
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic with a defined sense of urgency
- Great communication skills
- Organized self-starter that works well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and retention of pertinent information
