Job Description
Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Manager of Strategic Analytics to support the organization's Analytics department. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
Requirements
- Manage all payor performance financial evaluations to support contract negotiations with health system partners.
- Make decisions and recommendations on critical initiatives related to managed care analytics.
- Deliver advanced analytics and reporting services to stakeholders across the organization.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to leaders to help advance, implement, and achieve analytic department objectives and desired outcomes.
- Operate as a business partner to the Business Development, Managed Care, Strategy and Growth and other functional healthcare teams.
- Develop new processes and tools to support our growing organization.
- Lead all business development analytics to forecast volume and revenue projections on acquisitions and de novo's.
- Monitor, analyze, trends, reports and implements actions to improve operational KPI metrics.
- Provide all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
