Job Description
Atlas Healthcare Partners seeks a Senior Analyst - Strategic Analytics to support the organization’s Analytics department, providing financial analyses for Business Development, Managed Care, and Strategy and Growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in Managed Care or Healthcare analytics.
Requirements
- Assess and evaluate financial impact results of managed care contract reimbursement rates and terms
- Prepare, clean, and manipulate large datasets
- Analyze contract rates and terms during negotiations
- Support JV health systems managed care contracting teams
- Develop financial models and rates
- Conduct adhoc analyses
- Perform statistical, economic, and financial analyses
- Monitor and analyze trends
- Develop new processes and tools
