Job Description
The Vice President - ASC Operations will oversee a portfolio of ASCs, provide leadership support, and establish effective communication with physicians. The role will also develop and implement strategic initiatives, manage revenue cycle functions, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Oversees a portfolio of ASCs across a geographic area
- Provides leadership support to center leadership, employees, and physicians
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and positive relationships with physicians
- Develops programs to foster physician engagement and satisfaction
- Guides the implementation of initiatives across their region
- Partners with functional department leadership to operationalize the acquisition of new facilities
- Designs and implements growth opportunities, access to care, and revenue opportunities for the organization
- Leads teams to guide the execution of operational, IT, marketing, patient experience, patient access, revenue cycle, and process improvement projects
- Develops and implements annual operating plans for the ASCs
- Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements
