Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Representative with a healthcare background to support international patient treatment initiatives for a leading healthcare provider based in Istanbul, Turkey, representing our client in the Croatian market.
Requirements
- Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local Croatian market, culture, and healthcare landscape.
- Minimum of 2 year health sector sales/business development experience (clinical, medical, or health-related business roles strongly preferred)
- Fluency in Croatian and English (medical communication skills are a strong advantage)
- Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and drive success.
