International Healthcare Business Development Representative

Atlean World is an International Recruitment company that aims to promote multicultural environments as the new reality. We are looking for a Business Development Representative with a healthcare background to support international patient treatment initiatives for a leading healthcare provider based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Requirements

• Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local Croatian market, culture, and healthcare landscape.
• Minimum of 2 year health sector sales/business development experience (clinical, medical, or health-related business roles strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of the Croatian healthcare system and patient pathways
• Fluency in Croatian and English (medical communication skills are a strong advantage)
• Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and drive success.
• Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
