Job Description
We’re seeking a Director, HR Operations to define and scale the infrastructure that supports Atmosphere’s next phase of growth. This leader will own HR Operations end to end, overseeing systems architecture, compliance frameworks, workforce analytics, and process design across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR Operations or People Operations experience
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling HR infrastructure in a high-growth environment
