Job Description
Atmosphere is seeking a highly resourceful Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. The role will manage complex calendars, travel, and administrative tasks, as well as contribute to select initiatives within the NYC office and Sales team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting senior-level leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and maintain multiple projects, calendars, and initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google workspace and comfortable with technology tools for virtual collaboration and communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours to accommodate executive requests and schedules.
- Discretion and integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information.
