We are seeking an Education Manager to oversee Veggielution’s Environmental Education, Farm Education, and Food Business programs, ensuring high-quality implementation for East San José residents. The ideal candidate is an empowering supervisor, community educator, strategic coordinator, and cultural bridge.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in program management or coordination
• Experience supervising staff, interns, or volunteers
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong organizational skills with mastery of Google Workspace and project management tools like Asana and Slack
• Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation/data tracking
