We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to field inbound retail client telephone calls and resolve issues. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, previous customer service experience, and a passion for computers.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills
- Previous hardware/software troubleshooting experience
- Previous help desk/call center or phone support experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
