Job Description
Atreides is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Data Ingestion and Platform Engineering efforts. You'll manage and grow a high-performing team of data and platform engineers, drive execution through ambiguity, and partner cross-functionally to deliver low-latency processing, strong reliability, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing engineers
- Experience building and running platform capabilities used by multiple teams
- Strong foundation in distributed systems and production operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
