The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice that brings together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care. The Product Operations Associate will play a critical role in helping the clinical teams adopt, use, and optimize the tools and platforms that enable them to deliver excellent care to members.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in project/program management/operations or a similar role
- Empathy for the challenges faced by healthcare providers and a passion for helping care coordination teams work more efficiently
- Patience and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of our clinical teams
