Job Description
Teen Health Connection is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on providing adolescent medicine, behavioral health services, and community education. The Director provides strategic and operational leadership, ensuring financial viability and a balanced portfolio of funding. This role involves oversight of programs, fundraising, donor stewardship, and ensuring the organization meets its mission and adheres to organizational goals. The Director reports to the board of directors and to an Atrium Health executive leader, shared between Atrium Health and Teen Health Connection.
Requirements
- MS, MA, MBA, MHA, or PhD in Nonprofit Leadership, Business Management, Health Care Administration, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
- Formal certifications and licensure in required disciplines
- 5 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including philanthropic responsibilities
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience
