Health Resources in Action, Inc. (HRiA) is a non-profit organization seeking a Manager, Youth Leadership Programs to support two youth development programs: The 84 Movement and the Leaders through Education, Action, and Hope (LEAH) Project.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience in youth development and in the fields of public health, STEM or education.
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, education, or related field; in absence of degree, at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Commitment to and understanding of racial and health equity with strong analysis of root causes of inequities.
- Experience with and a strong passion for working with young people.
- Demonstrated experience in training development and facilitation on public health and/or racial equity topics.
