Job Description
We're seeking a Banquet Captain to lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events, coordinate service flow, and motivate the banquet team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, at least 6 months of banquet food service experience, leadership potential or experience, and physical stamina.
