Banquet Captain

Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events, coordinate service flow, guide and motivate a team, and handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• At least 6 months of banquet food service experience
• Leadership potential or experience
• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)
• Physical stamina
