Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to respond to client inquiries, prepare proposals and event materials, and host site tours to build relationships with planners and create memorable first impressions. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in event services, banquet operations, hotel sales, or marketing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in event services, banquet operations, hotel sales, or marketing
- College coursework or experience in sales, marketing, front office, or supervisory roles (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Delphi, FDC, or Marriott CI/TY a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
