The Executive Meeting Manager will respond to client inquiries, prepare proposals, and host site tours to generate profitable Rooms and Catering business. The role requires strong communication and tech skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with planners and internal teams.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in event services, banquet operations, hotel sales, or marketing
- College coursework or experience in sales, marketing, front office, or supervisory roles (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Delphi, FDC, or Marriott CI/TY a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
