Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR leadership experience
- Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology
- Strong communication and presentation skills
