Job Description
A Human Resources Manager is needed to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, ensure compliance with employment laws, and facilitate onboarding and training programs. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR leadership experience, working knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR leadership experience
- Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology
