Lead Cook

The Lead Cook will serve as the go-to leader during service, supporting cooks and ensuring food meets quality standards. They will partner with culinary leadership to manage kitchen operations and staff coordination, oversee prep work, kitchen cleanliness, and equipment upkeep, and contribute new ideas and showcase their skills in a specialty area such as sauté, grill, pastry, or global cuisine.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of culinary experience
• Serve Safe Food Handlers Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a collaborative kitchen environment
• Ability to stay organized and thrive under pressure
• Culinary training or formal education preferred
