Job Description
Assist with managing building systems, help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules, conduct room and equipment inspections, and coach and support maintenance associates.
Requirements
- 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
