Job Description
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, complete and document work orders, troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, maintain pool systems and chemicals, and perform seasonal landscaping and groundskeeping duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
