Job Description
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care, troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
