Job Description
Maintenance Technician responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and maintaining clean and adjusted pool systems and chemicals.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required
- Hotel maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
