Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a Project Manager at Orise, you will lead medium to large projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery that meets the highest standards of quality, cost control, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will prepare project plans, calculations, and quotations, structure projects into clear subprojects, supervise (Senior) Lead Engineers and other subproject leaders, and define responsibilities within the project team.

Requirements

• Finished bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field such as mechanical or automation engineering
• Moderate to senior experience in the relevant professional field
• Existing experience as a (Senior) Lead Engineer or Junior Project Manager
• Strong project management expertise with high technical and organizational competence
• Previous experience in the Chemicals or Energy industries
• Experience with an ERP system would be a benefit. Preferred SAP Fiori
• Advanced communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to involve project staff in CoE activities and support knowledge sharing
• Full working knowledge and practical application of ABM methods
• Strong customer‐focused mindset and ability to maintain high satisfaction levels
• PMI or project management certification is an advantage
• Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and adherence to EHS standards
• Effective communication in German and English language
