We are seeking a skilled and energetic professional to join our Service Desk Team. As an Application Support Consultant, you'll provide application and functional support services to clients, translating business needs into functional requirements, and collaborating with senior consultants and managers to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and organisational success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of application support for QAD ERP or comparable systems (SAP, Oracle, MS D365, Pronto, NetSuite etc).
- Previous manufacturing sector or experience supporting manufacturing modules, with knowledge of processes, scheduling & planning tools, production orders, BoM, and routing.
- Experience in a Help Desk environment, with demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities is advantageous.
- Demonstrated alignment with the company’s core values.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
