Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Consultant to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a technical support person, you will receive, analyze and manage customer support cases, provide data analysis, processing and validation, and contribute to the development and improvement of our software. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to learn and grow with the company.
Requirements
- Great attitude and an "always learning" mindset
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Knowledge of the principles of customer service in relation to software products
- DotActiv Enterprise software knowledge
- Intermediate MS Office and Google Suite skills
- Basic to Intermediate MS SQL or similar solution
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Ability to multitask and remain attentive in an often-busy environment
