Job Description
The HR Assistant & Payroll will assist the Human Resources Department of the AUBADE Paris company with daily HR Administration and payroll missions. The role involves managing employee files, payroll, and HR-related tasks, working closely with the HR team and Payroll Manager.
Requirements
- Bac +2 (DUT, BTS) to Bac +3 in payroll, business management, accounting, human resources or social law
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll management
- Mastering payroll software (SILAE) and human resources management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team
- In-depth knowledge of French labor laws and regulations
