Young Adult Case Manager - 412 Youth Zone

The 412 Youth Zone provides comprehensive, welcoming, and youth-driven services and support to young adults transitioning out of the foster care system or who are experiencing unstable housing.

Requirements

• Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, HS diploma/GED required with experience working with youth
• Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance
• Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, some weekends and holidays
