Job Description
Auberle is seeking a Young Adult Case Manager to work with youth 14-22 years old who are aging out of the foster care system to prepare for their independence to adulthood.
Requirements
- Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required
- Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance
- High School Diploma and 2 years of experience working with youth
- Full-time with flexibility in schedule
