As an Executive Assistant, you will provide support to 4 group directors, ensuring efficient diary management, email screening, prioritising and filtering, and travel planning. You will work closely with the Directors to ensure all business plans and actions are recorded, implemented, and reviewed, allowing Directors to focus on business and client development.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of using MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Previous experience of working in a customer-focused environment
- The ability to work confidentially and communicate face-to-face and over the telephone
