As an Executive Assistant, you will provide support to 4 group directors, ensuring efficient diary management, email screening, prioritising and filtering, and travel planning. You will work closely with the Directors to implement and review business plans, and remove non-essential tasks and administration. You will also prepare presentations, reports, and KPIs, attend events, and coordinate travel and hotel requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of using MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience of working in a customer-focused environment
- Ability to work confidentially and communicate face-to-face and over the telephone
