Funds Counsel, Audax Private Debt

Audax Private Debt seeks an experienced attorney to serve as Fund Counsel. The ideal candidate is collaborative, commercially minded, and will be empowered to add value beyond traditional legal execution.

Requirements

• Collaborate alongside the firm's stakeholders on strategic initiatives
• Act as a key liaison between Legal, Finance, Tax, Operations, Investor Relations, and Compliance teams
• Lead and oversee outside counsel in drafting and negotiating fund documentation
• Negotiate directly with lead institutional investors and key stakeholders
• Manage updates to existing fund documentation and coordinate amendments across investor relationships
