Job Description
Audax Group is seeking a Tax Manager to join their growing Tax Team. The role involves coordinating projects, managing outsourced teams, and assisting with tax filings. This is a key role for a growing capital partner in the middle market.
Requirements
- Review and sign-off of tax workpapers and tax returns
- Review and sign-off of state risk analysis workpapers
- Oversee and manage outsourced CPA team
- Assist with portfolio holding company partnership tax returns
- Review and sign-off of quarterly and annual tax estimates
- Stay up to date on K1 reporting and withholding calculations
- Analyze legal documents
