Business Development Senior Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Senior Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales objectives in their territory, identifying new opportunities, and managing customer data. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines (Life Sciences, Business Management, Engineering)
• Minimum of 5 years’ business development experience in CDMO industry with sterile fill/finish sales experience
• Minimum of 2 years' exposure to the drug product manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities
• Understanding of how the injectable CDMO industry works and both sides of the CDMO service equation
• An understanding of cGMP manufacturing requirements as well as regulatory and environmental issues relevant for the pharmaceutical industry
• Process-driven, solutions-focused, and results-oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset, energetic personality, and accountable in accomplishing the objectives of the business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills across disciplines
• Demonstrated success in fast-moving, multiple project environment
• A high level of “can do” creativity, determination, and personal motivation
• Ability to travel 50%
