Job Description
Reporting directly to the board of directors, the General Director and Secretary will ensure general management following healthy and modern management practices, mobilizing human, financial, and material resources to implement the mission and strategic orientations of the organization. The role also involves acting as Secretary of the Order, assuming legal and administrative responsibilities associated with this function.
Requirements
- University degree in administration, law or relevant field
- Master's degree in management (strong asset)
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a management position
- Experience within a professional order or regulatory body (strong asset)
- In-depth knowledge of the Quebec professional system
