The Principal Director of Human Resources will support all managers on all aspects related to human resources, develop and implement human resources policies and programs, and ensure the integrity of real estate brokers.
Requirements
- Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar (mandatory)
- Studies in human resources management or related field
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience
- Significant experience in HR management positions with increasing responsibilities
- Experience in supervision or team management (minimum 5 years)
- Confirmed experience in labor law, including unionized and non-unionized environments
- Deep knowledge of HR issues in a regulated or complex organization
- Excellent mastery of French (oral and written) and good knowledge of English
