Job Description
The Human Resources Director will work as a member of the management team, responsible for allocation, performance evaluation, skill development, labor relations, remuneration, social benefits, and occupational health and safety. The role involves consultative, leadership, and deployment of HR management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, administration, or any other relevant degree
- At least 10-12 years of experience as an HR generalist
- Confirmed experience and skills in consultative role
- Good knowledge of various aspects of HR function
- Experience and interest in labor relations
- Excellent synthesis and communication skills
- Critical thinking and good judgment
- Transformational leadership
- Influence skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Shows courage, tact, and diplomacy
- Very good mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing
