Aurora is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to inspire Aurorans and strengthen their connection to our mission. The successful candidate will develop communication strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in internal communications in the tech industry
• Experience developing and executing company-wide internal communication strategies for rapidly scaling companies
• Excellent written and verbal communicator who can translate complex topics into simple language
• Proven experience as a trusted communications advisor to internal stakeholders
• Experience launching and managing company-wide systems like intranet and AI tools that help employees be more efficient
