Senior Staff Internal Communications

We are searching for an Internal Communications Lead to inspire Aurorans and strengthen their connection to our mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing company-wide internal communication strategies, collaborating with internal teams to define and articulate Aurora's employer brand, and serving as an advisor to internal stakeholders. The role requires 12+ years of experience in internal communications in the tech industry, experience developing and executing company-wide internal communication strategies, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in internal communications in the tech industry
• Experience developing and executing company-wide internal communication strategies for rapidly scaling companies
• Excellent written and verbal communicator who can translate complex topics into simple language
• Proven experience as a trusted communications advisor to internal stakeholders
• Experience launching and managing company wide systems like intranet and AI tools that help employees be more efficient
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong production skills that will help use a variety of communications channels to reach employees
