We are searching for an Internal Communications Lead to inspire Aurorans and strengthen their connection to our mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing company-wide internal communication strategies, collaborating with internal teams to define and articulate Aurora's employer brand, and serving as an advisor to internal stakeholders. The role requires 12+ years of experience in internal communications in the tech industry, experience developing and executing company-wide internal communication strategies, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience developing and executing company-wide internal communication strategies for rapidly scaling companies
- Excellent written and verbal communicator who can translate complex topics into simple language
- Proven experience as a trusted communications advisor to internal stakeholders
- Experience launching and managing company wide systems like intranet and AI tools that help employees be more efficient
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong production skills that will help use a variety of communications channels to reach employees
