We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Dutch market to build strong relationships with clients, foster long-term partnerships, and drive repeat business.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales, account management, customer success or a similar field.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Proficiency in Dutch and professional level English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
