Aurora is a software company that provides solar energy solutions to customers across Europe. We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of customers across Germany, the UK, and France, driving retention, adoption, and expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within SaaS, energy technology, or a related field
- Proven track record of growing a customer portfolio through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience negotiating contracts, renewals, and pricing structures
